We Level Concrete Driveways, Sidewalks, Patios & More

Foam concrete lifting, or polyurethane foam lifting, has quickly become one of the most effective and popular solutions for fixing uneven concrete surfaces.

Whether it's your driveway, sidewalk, deck or patio, this method offers some major benefits that go beyond just leveling the ground.

It also helps prevent hazards and ensures a safer, more secure environment around your home.

When dealing with uneven or damaged concrete, homeowners have two primary choices: leveling the existing surface or completely replacing it. For those looking to save both time and money, leveling is often the smarter choice, especially with modern methods like polyurethane foam. This technique is faster, more affordable, and less disruptive to your day-to-day life.

Although severely cracked concrete might seem like it needs replacing, that's usually a lengthier and pricier route. Plus, it doesn't always address the root cause of the problem, which could result in future damage.

By opting for concrete leveling early on, you're choosing a cost-effective, durable solution that extends the life of your driveway, patio, or sidewalk—without the hassle and expense of replacement.

Uneven concrete can be a major safety hazard, causing trips and falls. Our foam concrete lifting service offers a quick, safe solution without needing to replace the whole slab. We inject a lightweight foam beneath the concrete, lifting and stabilizing it to create a smooth, even surface. This fast, non-invasive method also helps prevent future problems and keeps your property safe and looking great. We're available in New Jersey, Westchester, and the Lower Hudson Valley for a consultation. Contact us today.

How Does Polyurethane Concrete Lifting Work?

Polyurethane concrete lifting works by drilling small, precise holes—about â…ť inches in diameter—into the settled concrete slabs. Through these holes, a specialized liquid foam is injected beneath the concrete. As the foam is injected, it undergoes a chemical reaction that causes it to expand, filling the voids and gradually lifting the sunken slab back to its original position. Once the concrete is properly leveled, the drill holes are patched, leaving a smooth surface. This method is efficient, minimally invasive, and provides long-lasting results for restoring uneven concrete surfaces.

Our Concrete Leveling Process

At Metro Concrete Lifting, we follow a proven process to deliver exceptional results:

Assessment

We start by inspecting the problem area to determine the cause of the sinking or uneven concrete. This allows us to customize our approach.

Preparation

Small holes are drilled into the affected concrete slab. These holes allow us to inject the leveling material beneath the slab.

Injection

We inject a high-density polyurethane foam or grout mix beneath the slab. This material fills any voids, lifting the concrete back into place.
